Whats a good beginer workout to start? 30sec on and 30 sec rest and repeat or you guys have some better ideas? What working for you?

I completed M3W4D2 DB. I have to remember if I don’t workout I get depressed.

I'm so bummed! I broke my big toe yesterday so jump roping has to be put on hold for the next few weeks. But, I'll be hitting the dumbbell program again as soon as I heal up
