Took a quick trip to Hawaii to surf and make JRD videos. This is some of what ate (the app doesn’t let you post more than one pic). Not pictured is LOTS of mahi mahi and poke. I was too hungry every time to take a photo lol. But basically… I ate good and well and still came back leaner. Prioritized my portion, didn’t eat many processed carbs, and kept my body in motion. It’s not complicated you just have to be consistent. And it doesn’t have to suck! I wanna travel, explore other cultures, eat their food, exercise, and still hit my goals. Why can’t you have it all!? Pictured here is Hawaiian dish loco moco. Rice. Two burgers. Mac salad. 4 eggs. Can you say GAINZZZ!?
