Week 3 day one Autumn challenge complete. This was the squat pyramid. Anytime I wasnβt squatting I jumped (except for the 1 min rest times). I did 115 total squats and 4,000 skips. I was actually at 3,975 skips when time was up but finished another 25 to get a solid 4k in. Another great workout! Slipping Sunday to Thursday this week so I can take Friday and Saturday off for a little friend time!!

W4D1 complete. A very uncommon October morning here in Alabama at 42 degrees! It was a good mental test but we did the thing baby!
