2nd round. JR&D. M1W1D3. Lower body with 1/2 lb rope and 20/25lbs dumbells. I pretty much used the 15 lb dumbells per the workouts. Increasing this time around. Did 3 sets with the 20’s and did last set with 25’s

1000 skips warmup with 1/4lb
1531 skips during M1W1D3 workout
1469 skips to finish workout with 4,000 skips. Was working on double unders. Sets of 100 skips, 9 reg bounce then double under, 8 reg skips then double unders, 7,6,5,4,3,2, try to do single double unders. 900+ skips.
