2nd round JR&D WEEK 1 DONE! Day 5 in the books
1,000 skips warmup with 1/4lb. Rope
1,574 skips in day 5 workout using 1/2lb. Rope. 15 rounds of 45sec skipping. Killer with 1/2lb rope
1,426 skips with 1/4lb rope to finish 4,000 skip count
Today I tried a criss cross jump ladder on last 1,426 skips. 9 regular bounce then criss cross, 8 regular bounce then criss cross, 7,6,5,4,3,2 regular bounce then criss cross and then a bunch of consecutive criss cross and then reverse…..2 regular bounce and criss cross, 3 regular bounce and criss cross, 4,5,6,7,8… 9 regular and criss cross. Had to take a break after that!
Want to try that again doing jogger bounce!!! Should get the heart really pumping
