A question for the community. Do any of you have proper foot pain due to jumping rope? I have been jumping rope on and off for quite some time now (2-3 years), however I think due to my flat feet I have pain at the lower part of my feet when I'm like a minute into skipping, stretching and barefoot jumping helps a little, but still havent been able to find a permanent fix
