I decided to do a 2nd round of JUMP ROPE & DUMBELL. BUT going to up my game.
Going to start with 1,000 skips warmup using 1/4lb rope.
Then whatever the daily workout is I will use the 1/2lb rope and increase weights by 5lbs if possible
Then finish with 1/4lb rope to 4,000 total skip count
