So I'm in the middle of week 4 of JRD90 and doing quite well. The only thing is my feet are toast after only a couple of sets. They hurt so bad I change shoes every couple of sets (3 different pairs of Hokas) and then end up doing a large portion of the workout barefoot. I use a theragun and a ball before I start. Any tips to alleviate the pain?
