W3D5. Tough one! Did 40 DUs each 30-second interval. Thought that was ambitious but crushed it. Still wish I could get more push-ups. I do 13 then 12 for a total of 25 each round, 100 total for the workout. Dubs into push-ups was harder than I thought it would be. Letβs get it, friends! β€οΈπͺβπ»
