Diner for one and very quickly to make
βœ… Minced beef
βœ… Sliced onion
βœ… Red chili chopped and fresh ginger grated
βœ… Red bell pepper
βœ… Spring onion
βœ… Cilantro
βœ… Soysaus
βœ… Mirin
βœ… Sesame oil for frying (I used 1 teaspoon, because the beef also has fat in it)
βœ… Agavesirop to sweeten
βœ… Whole-wheat noodles
βœ… For topping: spring onion, cilantro and sesame seeds
Enjoy.
You have to tweak for the macro's. Carbs are in the majority 🫣 But it also goes well with brown rice.

Just completed one of the Pure Jump Ladder workouts - absolute fire. I think when I get back from my next trip, I’m going to start one of the programs/challenges! I know I have been away. I have been lazy again. Today, I closed my rings from mowing our backyard. I will jump for at least 5 minutes per day to fulfill Do The Thing which is tattooed on my arm. I have no excuse.

Dyed the hair deep red to mark my ascent to m2 round 2 in the db program. Methinks it it is either a mid-life crisis or simply the jrd effect haha. Feeling more alive than ever,baby!

Sorry guys, I’ve been really bad with updates lately. Got lots of diving in then got a nasty β€œman” cold so was down for a few days. I have been doing the thing though here on the Riviera Maya and am just about finished W2 of the JRDB Program. I have a full spa right next to the gym where I work out and get to do a full hour of hydrotherapy after each workout. Lovin it here!

It's going to fun week. Trying to keep up with this program and traveling for work. I feel like I need a new rope maybe my jumping is ok but maybe it's the rope.
