Sesame oil for frying (I used 1 teaspoon, because the beef also has fat in it)

You have to tweak for the macro's. Carbs are in the majority π«£ But it also goes well with brown rice.
Just completed one of the Pure Jump Ladder workouts - absolute fire. I think when I get back from my next trip, Iβm going to start one of the programs/challenges! I know I have been away. I have been lazy again. Today, I closed my rings from mowing our backyard. I will jump for at least 5 minutes per day to fulfill Do The Thing which is tattooed on my arm. I have no excuse.

Sorry guys, Iβve been really bad with updates lately. Got lots of diving in then got a nasty βmanβ cold so was down for a few days. I have been doing the thing though here on the Riviera Maya and am just about finished W2 of the JRDB Program. I have a full spa right next to the gym where I work out and get to do a full hour of hydrotherapy after each workout. Lovin it here!
It's going to fun week. Trying to keep up with this program and traveling for work. I feel like I need a new rope maybe my jumping is ok but maybe it's the rope.
