10. Payments, Billing & Refunds


The digital content available under specific payment plans, including pay per view, subscription, membership, or rent will change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company makes no guarantee as to the availability of a specific payment plan.


By purchasing a payment plan, you expressly agree that we are authorized to charge your selected payment plan on the Payment Method you designate in accordance with the subscription you've selected. You can update or change this information at any time by logging into your video library, and clicking the settings tab under the username.


Membership subscription purchases and renewal fees are non-refundable. All of our subscriptions are recurring and we do not bill or refund based on account activity. If you cancel your Membership Subscription, your account will automatically downgrade at the end of your current billing period. If you don't plan on utilizing your membership next billing period, don't hesitate, you can cancel at any time. It is not necessary to contact JRD in order to cancel. Head to www.jumpropedudes.tv, sign in and navigate to "My Account." Then select "Purchases." You will then see the option to cancel.


Receipts are sent once the charge is successful to the registered email account. Your subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your payment plan prior to the billing date of that specific plan prior to the next charge in order to avoid billing.


Please note: If signing up directly from the The Apple Store or Google Play Store, JRD is unable to access your account information or billing rates. We're unable to offer refunds or subscription modifications in any way.
