HOW IT STARTED
Things started out as a simple experiment. We wondered… could we build and maintain muscle mass and stay lean… without going to a gym, and without lifting weights?
So, for our experiment, we stopped going to the gym, stopped lifting weights, and started doing heavy jump rope training with bodyweight exercises mixed in.
What happened? Well, the results surprised even us!
We discovered that by combining jumping heavy ropes and adding in bodyweight workouts (pushing and pulling), we not only created new lean muscle, but we were able to keep it, while maintaining our shredded physiques!
And we did it all without going to a gym or lifting weights! We were so freaking psyched we created a workout plan for you using the same, simple core principles learned in our experiment.
