1-MINUTE WARM UP:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 Air Squats

  • 10 Front Lunges (5 each side)

  • 10 Push Ups

WORKOUT: LOWER BODY
20 seconds rest between exercises
1 minute rest between circuits
Complete circuit 4x total

  • 1 Min 25 Air Squats

  • 1 Min Regular Bounce or Freestyle (1/4 LB)

  • 1 Min 20 Curtsy Lunges (10 each leg)

  • 1 Min Plank

  • 1 Min 20 Front Lunges (10 each leg)
