Fried Eggs And Bacon
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
4 strips thick cut bacon
1 tsp butter
Instructions:
Cook 4 pieces of thick cut bacon on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Pat with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add the eggs without breaking the yolks. The trick is to stir up the whites without breaking the yolks as it cooks, once the whites start to set up, add the lid to the pan until the top cooks and sets up (about 3-4 minutes total).
