WARM UP (REPEAT 2X):

  • 20 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 Air Squats

  • 10 Front Lunges (5 each leg)

  • 10 Push Ups

WORKOUT: ENDURANCE + PUSH UPS
10 seconds rest between exercises
1 minute rest between circuits
Complete circuit 5x total

  • 1 Min Jump Rope Regular Bounce

  • 30 Sec 10 Plank To Push Up

  • 1 Min Jump Rope Boxer Skip

  • 30 Sec 10 Push Ups

  • 1 Min Jump Rope Run In Place

  • 30 Sec 10 Divebomber Push Ups (Beginner)

  • 1 Min Jump Rope Regular Bounce

  • 30 Sec 10 Push Ups
