4k skip workout today and got 4k in 29 min flat!!! Been trying to keep decreasing my time on 4k and might bump up to 5k soon and go for 5k in 35. Tough task!!

Did the thing! Todays my birthday & I am feeling my 45 years of awesomeness! I always sport on my birthday as a confirmation of health and life — I am so so grateful. But this year was made especially fun by jumping in my favorite city. I mean why is jumping so fun?! I love it!!!! Super sweaty workout with the 1/4lb. Now time to hunt down some cake! ❤️❤️❤️🥂
Hey all, today is the final act of my Mexican edition of JRDB; just finished week 2 month 1 repeat. Going home tomorrow after a wonderful 4 weeks and no weight gain!! And that’s staying at all inclusive resorts the whole time. Discipline!!💪🏼😅
