What a way to wrap up the workout week! Push-up ladder is insane! It seems so unfair to have no water breaks. 😅 But I made it through! Happy weekend all!
Finished JRDB M1W1D4 with 3100 jumps. Trying to follow Dans example of doing between 3-4 K jumps per day while on vacation. So far so good!
Off for a week due to a gout attack (first time) trying to start a little slower today was about 1900 jumps for the last day of month 2/week2 of the dumbbell program
Just completed JRDB Pogram Cozumel Edition W1D2. Dan said that we should have very high heart rates during this all jump workout! I think I did that wit an average HR of 150 and a peak at 170; 27 min of jumping in HR zone 4. Now that’s a cardiac workout!
