Fave rope? Probably the half pounder, but the quarter pounder has my heart too! I also love coffee, knitting, crocheting, and quilting!

If you’re closing your rings, I wouldn’t say you’re lazy! You even showed up to jump for 5 minutes. You’re doing great! Keep going! 💪🏻

Day 2 is absolute FIRE!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
I love love LOVED this workout. Completely toasted after finishing. My legs were feeling it from the jump squats and jumping lunges from day 1, so the pure jump was such a treat. Keep doin the thing!

My first reaction is to say food, but when I really think about it, it’s getting up and back to moving. I struggle with bouts of depression, and if I’m down and out for a few days, it has taken even months to get back up and moving. You know in your mind that getting up and moving is a great way to combat the depression, but it’s not always so cut and dry. It’s like taking one step forward and two steps back, so for me my biggest struggle with weight loss is the mental game behind it all. Over the years, I’ve found that jump rope specifically really kicks it all in the butt and keeps me moving and happy the longest!
