Another day complete! Week 1 day 3 of month 4 done. The push up ladder was 🔥 . I completed the 1k skips with 1/4 pound and 1 lb plus all push ups in 22 min. I added on 1k skips with the 1/4 for a cool down with some stretching intermixed. 3k total for the workout, lots of push ups and some stretching. Felt great!
