I have a question and id appreciate some advice.
I started losing weight, i'm doing intermittent fasting together with a low-carb diet, working towards keto. Lost in total 22 pounds and i still have some 20 left to lose.
The question is.
I can do a 15 min jump rope workout ( 20 sec jump, 10 sec rest ) or 10 min HIIT ( 30 sec , 15 sec rest).
I tried following the JRD 90 day program, and i find that i struggle going over the 15 min mark. 30 mins seems a lot for me to do everyday. I also want to mention that im doing HIIT or the other workout every other day in order to let recovery kick in.
Do you have any advice on that? How should/could i proceed next?
