Completed week one of the body torch again this week.. was going to take active rest days Saturday and Sunday but body felt good today so I did the 4k slip workout. Most recently I had broke 29 min on it and my next goal was to get it down to 28. Itβs damn near impossible as I can hardly take any breaks but I hit 28:02 today on the skip workout. Super proud of myself. Iβll get 28 flat next time. Iβll blame having to stop and tie my shoe mid workout πππΌ now for tomorrow to be an active rest day! Go do the thing people. Happy Saturday!
