Day 3! Smashed todays workout. First part was great. Skips quick and fun, as well as the body weight moves. Chin ups on the assisted machine. Made 48 varying between 7kg/14kg. Felt strong today.

But before this — the day started with a “not today” attitude. And then I went to the gym anyway. And very quickly I felt better.

The power of movement. The power of self investment. Self love.

Yesterday I ate well and enough. That for sure had an impact on my training. When I was focusing on body building I was eating a lot and tracking my macros. Then vacation happened. Now I’m trying to figure out how to eat to support my new fitness goals and this program. Trying to eat intuitively, but decided that I need to track for a little while to make sure my macros are on point.
