Day one JRD Max (also watched the intro video πŸ˜‹ & sorted myself out). Really enjoyed the 15 min skip. As far as the push-ups and pull ups, here’s my report:

Managed sets of 10-15 throughout, making 60 by the end of the time. Imagine I’ll make it to 100 after a couple weeks or month of building back up.

Pull ups: since I’m at the gym I took advantage of the assisted pull up machine. I set it at 14kg (30lbs) and followed Dan for sets of 4. Making 40 + an one extra for good measure.
Grateful I booked a massage for later today!
