Did my First ever marathon and I’m convinced that my year of jump rope helped to prepare me for it, I did train running as well so don’t go thinking JRD is all you need to complete a marathon. 😅 It was hard, painful towards the end but do much fun and the accomplishment I felt passing the finish line was incredible.
