Did some jumping this morning with the 1/4 and 1/2. Still not back to full speed will continue to ease back into it to avoid reinjuring the calf. Takes more discipline for me to “take it easy” than it does for me to push myself so this is a good lesson in listening to the body. Will continue with lighter ropes this week until I feel 100 percent. I will restart heavy rope program once I’m back to 💯
