Does anyone feel their shoulders burn more than their calves?
That's how i been feeling recently
Shoulders burn but calves dun feel a thing
Regular bounce only cos i cant do any other styles lol
Any way to increase endurance?
I've been skipping for almost year (following this app's workouts!), about 3 to 4x a week
I dun swing my arms at all, proper elbows tucked in n rotate wrists only
