Dudes, I am almost done with jumprope and dumbbell program… a couple weeks left, and let me tell you.. I got muscles like I didn’t know I had!! I played college basketball and lifted all the time into my mid 20’s. Stopped lifting and ran marathons, then found jumprope in 2020 when everything shut down. Haven’t stopped since. And my bicep muscles are popping like nothing has ever made them pop before. I’m built pretty small, but now I’m small with muscles!!! 💪🏼 will be doing jumprope and DB program a second time through for sure!!
