Finished body torch up on Tuesday so been doing some cardio sets the rest of the week! Finished up this Friday morning by completing 4,000 skip workout in a new personal best of 28:39. I had to cook through it with very minimal rest but it felt awesome. Very proud of my new personal best, not sure I can get it down to 28 flat, but going to shoot for it next time!! Do the thing everybody and finish the month strong!!
