Hey All! I fear eating (well) has become somewhat of challenge for me.

I work from home (and I have kids) so when I'm hungry, I eat.
When I prepare food for the kids, I eat.
When I feel stressed after a phone call, I eat. 

I'm becoming very conscious that in order to lose weight, I'll probably need to spend some time being hungry... 

This week I've done very well not breaking a fast till noon, avoiding the snacks (mostly) and stopping the intake as dinner ends. 

Couple more months, and I'll be right where I wanna be :)
