Hey guys, how do you combine different sports activities with JRD follow along jump programs ? Currently following the dumbbell program, but kinda looking how to plan my rest days. I do play Padel 2-3 a week for 1-1,5 hrs , using my rebounder as well and would love to start my indoor rowing concept 2 / ecleptical.Β 

I don’t want to overdue it and face injuries. Just curious to know you guys manage. Please share!
