Hey guys, need your help.

I’m almost finished with JR 90 (but probably won’t finish because of the new fall burnout😅)

I came up with a new ladder exercise (at least I think it’s new). If you have time, can you try it out and let me know what you think.

30 seconds rest between exercise

One minute between cycles

2-3 cycles. (Optional: Last 15 sec of each exercise is a sprint)

30 sec 1lbs

60 sec 1/2

90 sec 1/2

2 Min 1/4

90 sec 1/2

60 sec 1/2

30 sec 1lbs
