Hey guys, well my knee is almost mended but now I have a respiratory tract infection 🤣 not having much luck of late...
Two courses of antibiotics and now steroids to help me breathe.
Only a couple of months ago I was walking ten miles a day while working ( street cleaning) and boxing a couple of times a week.
So looking forward to doing all that again and finally getting into jumping rope 😃
