Hey guys what's up? So I got back to jumping rope a month ago and slowly got my way into skipping for 30 minutes. I've been jumping rope this whole week. I didn't have any problems yesterday (did 20 min only). However, my ankles kinda hurt today. I have been jumping on a jump rope mat and warming up before each session, but I don't do any cool down exercises. Could that be the problem? What exercises should I do at the end? It sucks :( I'm gonna have to wait 2/3 days till I can get back at it
