Hey my dudes. Im new today. I have been skipping for about a month on my own doing my own HIIT plan. But this is a wealth of knowledge and ideas! I’m pumped to start the heavy rope challenge. Looks like I got here just in time.
A little back story. I started keto and 8/16 IF on Jan 10,2025. I was a little over 300 pounds. Never took an official start weight but I am guessing 310ish. At 2 months I started walking as fast as i could for 45 minutes after each meal to help keep my blood glucose levels down. Trying to drop insulin levels and increase insulin sensitivity to reverse type 2. At around 6 months I hit a weight loss plateau… I had dropped my weight to 228… for about a month I’ve been skipping and I tweaked my keto macros to have less fat and more protein. Still keeping my carbs at or below 8%. Important for my BG numbers to keep carbs super low. Energy and everything is stable. But I am determined to get shredded! I wanted to start with the 7 day starter plan but I don’t want to miss the heavy rope challenge thing. So I’m jumping right in. I’m at 224 right now and totally pumped to see where I’ll be at the end of this challenge. Let’s go!!
