Hi everyone! Just joined the community, looking forward to your stories, support, tips and tricks. I have a history of sports (tennis, padel, golf, field hockey, indoor rowing and since a couple of years found the crossropes). Have had a crossrope supscription and love it, but didnโt renew just to give this one a go. Female , turning 55 soon.
I donโt really need to lose and weight, but would like to build up strength and endurance. And really like to do Some jumping each day, if it is just 10 minutes of half an hour. That Will be my goal for 2025. I decided to start with the jump + dumbbell workout grogram, so besides my crossropes I bought myself Some Nice Ybells. Actually I Will start today ๐!
