I have been a little MIA as far as posting goes - life is just been! But still skipping almost everyday of the week. With active rest days here and there of course! Iām working back through the dumbbell program and loving it all over again. Just finished up my second week of month 1. Nice to have the dumbbells back in my hands! But of course I love the pure cardio days as well. Keep doing the thing special humans!!
