So I came down with a little knee injury a few weeks ago. I twisted funny and it hurt to put a lot of pressure on it. So the last 3 ish weeks I havnt jumped just to give my knee some time to relax.
Well I’ve been pain free for over a week. Should I start the JRD 90 back over or pick up where I left off?
I’m leaning more towards starting over I was on week 3.
