I'm super bummed today. I've had a pinched nerve in my shoulder since yesterday. Just now, when I was doing my warm up jumping Jacks, I noticed the arm movement caused pain in my shoulder, so I stopped doing them. Before I moved on to anything else, I decided to test jumping rope. That hurt my shoulder too. I don't think it's a very good idea to do a workout if I'm in pain, so JRD90 Week 1 day 5 will be a no go for me. I hate doing that because I feel like it offsets everything. What do you guys do when something like this happens? I don't want to just skip week 1 day 5 completely, as every workout is important to build up the strength for what's coming in other workouts, but doing it on Monday next week will offset next week's workouts. What do I do? I'm so bummed!!
