👋 I've just joined the community. I started following JRD in covid lockdown and loved their energy so trying the workouts now. I am after a little advice re weighted ropes, is a heavier rope and less jumps more beneficial for weight loss or should I just mix it up and go with how I feel on the day? I have the 1/4 up to the 2lb but never used the 2lb as I found it really heavy. Thanks all.
