Usualy I go with the tram about 11 mins to the gym, not today because of general stop of all public transport in germany 😠 that means 40 mins walk to the gym. 🙄 Anyway I did this and the day 2 JRD MAX PROGRAM 💪💪💪 nothing can stop me 👍
