Inspired by some of you guys getting started I went back in my photo gallery to check my own progress.
Needless to say back then I didn’t take any pictures of my physic so all I have to go on is my face.
There is about a 60 lbs difference and looks like all that was on my face 😂
So to all the new ones, we all started somewhere. But we all have one thing in common, we decided enough and we started taking action just as you do now 💪🏻 and no it was not a 3 month transformation me, but a lifestyle change 🙏🏻 one day at a time and sooner than you think you will not recognise the old you.
