Followed along with Dan but pushed myself to do a little extra than workout plan.

1k skips with the 1/4

800 skips with the 1 pound

1k skips with the 1/4

800 skips with the 1 pound

50 push ups

400 skip cool down with 1/4 to finish

41:55 was the time

Felt great and strong!!! 💪🏼
