Month 3 week 2 day 2 of heavy rope complete. Bumped it up to 4k today and did lots of stretching and breathing throughout. Feeling light and strong. 💪🏼 I also set a goal of no alcohol for a month. I am 9 days into it. I don’t over indulge with alcohol but I do tend to drink socially and had been having too many “just gonna have one beer” moments. Wanted to get rid of the extra calories. Soooo 9 days in and goal is to go to Oct 9th with no 🍺 🥃 🍸 Better believe I’ll enjoy a frosty one when I reach the goal! Cheers!
