Trying out my new AMP’s and I don’t like them 🙈 but perhaps it’s just adjusting to the bigger handles (not quite as big as the heavy handles) 🤷🏻‍♂️ love the new M-size ropes; DU and Crisscross instantly unlocked 🔓
Can’t blame it all on the sickness my fitness have been declining layltely, so looking forward to the December 🎅🏻 Challenge, gives is all a running start to 2024 💪🏻 let’s go #DoTheThing
