No jumping for me since Sunday 😩 Calf is improving. Biked a lot this week, paddle boarded and managed to get a long walk in today to test out the calf. Felt pretty good. Another couple days and I’ll start working back in the skipping and then I’ll get back to heavy rope program once I’m fully healthy. Sad I’m missing out on it right now, but I’ll complete it once I’m healthy again.
