Hi, about 3 months ago I had a calf injury when doing crossfit (running). After 2 months of recovering (seems the injury can take up to 1 year to heal) I started doing the jump rope WOD's again in a slower pace. Still feeling some pain in the calfs but it is manageble. I hope doing the WOD's will help speeding up the recovery as well..
