Summer shred Week 1 Day 4 done!
Nice sunny morning today for a workout! I could never get the Teeter Totter down in previous workouts and kept tripping on the rope in round 1, so I substituted Jump Rope Run in Place for rounds 2-5. Itβs easy to do and it burns a lot of calories compared to other jump rope moves when done at a high intensity.
