Today I did the new heavy rope workout.

8 sets of 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 5 circuits. Circuits were wi th the 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, and 1/4 pound rope. The 2 pound circuit was πŸ”₯ going to be feeling this one for a couple days!! Can’t wait for heavy rope program to release!
