Hi guys

The weather in London has been rubbish lately but there was a short window to get a jump rope workout in.

Today I did:

5lb rope 10 x 30 second rounds

4lb rope 4 x 30 second rounds

2lb rope 6 x 30 second rounds

1lb rope 10 x 30 second rounds

I’m wasted now. Got salmon rice and broccoli for dinner to smooth me off. Have a great day everyone šŸ‘šŸ»
