Using the calorie calculator is nice, but I have a question about macro’s split. Is there an easy way to re-configure these? It says somewhere around 300g of carbs but only 150ish for protein and I want to prioritize protein mainly (as Dan mentions). I’d also like to know what is an acceptable “low” carb range? For clarity I’m a 200G protein minimum per day. Thanks!
